At Elite Tennis Academy, our expert-designed programs help players build technique, improve fitness, and gain the confidence to compete — whether you’re just starting out or preparing for advanced competition.
Mini Tennis (Ages 4–6)
Kids Development
A fun, foundation-building program that introduces young children to tennis through playful drills and hand–eye coordination exercises.
Program highlights:
- Age groups: 4 to 6 years
- Focus on motor skills, balance, and ball familiarity
- Certified junior development coaches
- Two time slots: 4:30–5:30 PM & 5:30–6:30 PM
Junior Tennis (Ages 6–12)
Junior Development
A structured group coaching program where kids learn correct technique, footwork, and game basics in a supportive environment.
Program highlights:
- Age groups: 6 to 12 years
- Technical focus with guided drills
- Proper racket size and footwear advice
- Two time slots: 4.30pm to 5.30pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Adult Tennis (Ages 18–65) years
Adult Development
For beginners and intermediate adult players who want to build strong fundamentals or refresh their game.
Program highlights:
- Age groups: 18 to 65 years
- Learn and relearn the basics
- Develop consistency and match skills
- Two time slots: 6:30–7:30, 7:30–8:30 & 8:30–9:30 AM
Cardio Tennis (Ages 18–55) years
Cardio Development
A high-energy fitness and tennis hybrid designed to improve movement, endurance, and overall tennis strength.
Program highlights:
- Age groups: 18 to 55 years
- Cardio workouts through tennis drills
- Boosts fitness and agility
- Two time slots: 6:30am to 7:30am, 7:30am to 8:30 am and 8:30pm to 9:30am
Individual Lessons
Individual Development
Personalized one-on-one sessions for players looking for technical correction or competitive edge.
Program highlights:
- Age groups: All ages
- Tailored coaching plan
- Specific skill improvement focus
- Two time slots: 6:30am to 7:30am, 7:30am to 8:30am and 8:30am to 9:30am
